Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Process and monitor vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain general accounting records and proper financial documentation.
- Handle vendor account management and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance and working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations.
- Maintain invoices, payment records, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment status and financial matters.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Valuable knowledge of general accounting and reconciliation processes.
- TDS and GST knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in vendor payments and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software / ERP systems.
- BG/LC knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
