Biowel Inc is looking for an experienced Accounts & Sales Support Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, independent GST filing and compliance, along with backend sales coordination and support.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, Tally Prime and MS Excel and should be capable of independently managing GST return preparation, reconciliation and filing.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & GST

- Independently prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Conduct GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices, GST rates, HSN/SAC and tax details.
- Reconcile input tax credit and GST liability before filing.
- Handle GST portal activities and GST-related compliance.
- Identify and resolve GST discrepancies.
- Maintain proper GST records and documentation.
- Coordinate with GST consultants, customers and suppliers whenever required.
- Handle TDS and other statutory compliance activities as required.
- Maintain accounts and transaction records in Tally Prime.
- Prepare regular accounts and GST-related reports.

Sales Backend Support

- Prepare quotations and sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records.
- Provide backend support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales executives for quotations, orders and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Accounts,



Purchase and Logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Follow up on pending quotations and orders.
- Update sales information in Tally / Excel / CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, GST and sales coordination.
- Practical experience in independent GST filing is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in a trading / distribution company is preferred.

Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidates who can independently manage GST filing and routine accounts activities while also providing effective backend support to the sales team.

Candidates who have only assisted in GST filing without independently handling GST returns will not be preferred.

Experience in B2B trading, distribution, medical diagnostics or healthcare will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
