Role Description An AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller in healthcare follows up on unpaid/denied medical claims with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment, resolving discrepancies, appealing denials, and maintaining accurate records to improve revenue cycle and cash flow for providers.

Key duties involve insurance claim follow-ups, denial management, account reconciliation, and collaborating with billing teams, requiring robust communication and knowledge of medical billing.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, medical billing, and collections within the healthcare revenue cycle.
- Ability to analyze aging reports, reconcile accounts, and identify trends or issues affecting reimbursement.
- Proficiency with billing software, practice management systems, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Effective communication skills for interacting with payers, patients, and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-up.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and meet collection targets and deadlines.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare billing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or medical billing, preferably in a healthcare setting; formal education in finance, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.

Requirement

- At least 1 year of experience into AR calling.
- Willing to work in a night shift - 5.30pm to 2.30am.
- Immediate joiner.
