We are hiring for Account Payable/Receivable at Global Giant MNC!!!

Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst
- Function: Finance & Accounting Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: 1-8 Years

Key Responsibilities1. Leasing-Specific AP/AR Processing

- Manage invoices: Validate, code, and post lease-related invoices, vendor bills, commissions, and self-billing documents.
- Track expenses: Handle maintenance, insurance, asset costs, and operational expense (Opex) invoices for commercial lending.
- Ensure compliance: Match all transactions against leasing contracts and internal approval hierarchies.
- Support global operations: Process multiple invoice types across various international legal entities.

2. Payments & Cut-off Management

- Execute payments: Process high-value, time-critical payments according to lease schedules and strict SLAs.
- Meet deadlines: Adhere to tight banking cut-offs and specific funding timelines.
- Prepare proposals: Create, validate, and clear payment proposals for manager approval.

3. Reconciliations & Month-End Support

- Balance ledgers: Perform regular supplier statement lookups and lease ledger reconciliations.
- Close months cleanly:



Assist with month-end accruals, prepayments, open item reviews, and aging analysis.
- Collaborate internally: Work with General Ledger (GL) and Record-to-Report (RTR) teams to ensure smooth sub-ledger closures.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Resolve queries: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor payment questions and discrepancies.
- Maintain relationships: Build strong working relationships with internal business teams and external leasing partners.
