We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, supplier payments, reconciliations, month-end close, financial controls, and service delivery.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable / P2P function.

- Manage, mentor, and develop the AP team, including performance management and workload allocation.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume supplier invoices and payment transactions.

- Oversee 2-way and 3-way matching, invoice approvals, exceptions, and payment processing.

- Monitor AP ageing, vendor balances, and payment schedules.

- Review and oversee vendor reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies.

- Manage supplier escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex queries.

- Own the AP month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

- Oversee accruals, prepayments, GR/IR, and other AP-related accounting activities.





- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and applicable UK accounting and VAT requirements.

- Prepare and review AP dashboards, MIS, ageing reports, and KPI reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Finance Operations.

- Minimum 35 years of team management experience.

- Strong experience in UK Accounts Payable / UK P2P operations preferred.

- Strong understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.

- Positive knowledge of UK VAT and supplier invoice requirements.

- Strong experience in month-end closing and AP reporting.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
