Role Overview

Responsible for day-to-day accounting data entry, receivables follow-ups, cash-flow reporting and periodic MIS, supporting both company and personal accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accounts-related data in the online accounting package, including Tata ION.
- Handle accounting data entry for personal accounts using Tally.
- Record vouchers, sales, purchases, petty cash and other routine accounting transactions.
- Maintain supporting records in Excel wherever required.
- Follow up on receivables and maintain records of outstanding amounts.
- Prepare cash-flow reports and periodic MIS reports.




- Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete and entered on time.
- Handle personal financial data primarily relating to stocks and securities, requiring basic accounting knowledge.
- Coordinate with the Head of Accounts on day-to-day accounting requirements and reporting.
- Handle GST and TDS related work including preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual statements in co-ordination with consultants.

Qualifications & Skills
- Basic to good understanding of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and accounting data entry.
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with vouchers, sales, purchases, petty cash and receivables.
- Ability to prepare basic MIS and cash-flow reports.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- B.Com or similar commerce/accounting background preferred.
- Tata ION and/or exposure to stocks, securities or investment accounting is an advantage.

Compensation depending on experience and suitability.
