Position Title: Accounts Incharge

Job Overview:

The Accounts Incharge is responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all financial activities. This role supervises day-to-day accounting functions, monitors financial performance, manages reporting, and ensures adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions, statements, and reports.
- Monitor and control cash flow to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense claim verifications.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors during annual audits,



ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and recommend improvements when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
