We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive Plant to manage plant-level accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, inventory control and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plant accounting activities.
- Handle inventory accounting, stock tracking, valuation and reconciliation.
- Manage vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle invoice generation, validation and tracking.
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP.
- Support monthly closing, MIS reporting and audit activities.
- Monitor plant-level expenses and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Finance teams.
- Identify process gaps and strengthen financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in Plant Accounting / Plant Finance / Manufacturing Accounts.
- Experience in automobile or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Valuable exposure to vendor reconciliation and invoice management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
