Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day accounting, payment processing, reconciliations, MIS, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bank entries, payments, cash/factory cash vouchers and MIS.
- Manage purchase, sales, import and intercompany accounting.
- Prepare E-Way Bills, DPR, ledgers and item masters.
- Handle creditors & debtors reconciliation.
- Account for freight costs and unsecured loan interest.
- Manage miscellaneous accounting entries and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment and accounting matters.
Key Skills: Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software, attention to detail, and positive coordination skills.
