Role Description The Accounts Executive - Remote role is a full-time position responsible for managing the financial operations that support Lens Feedy Photography’s projects and clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role will handle accounts receivable and payable, prepare and review invoices, track payments, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records.

The Accounts

Executive will coordinate with project managers and client relationship managers to ensure timely billing, resolve account discrepancies, and support budgeting and cost tracking for events and shoots. This remote role also includes preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with compliance and documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and tools. The individual will collaborate virtually with the wider team, maintaining clear communication and responsive support to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core accounting skills such as accounts receivable/payable management, general ledger posting, and bank reconciliation.




- Candidates should possess financial administration skills including billing and invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budgeting and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, along with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess client service and communication skills to manage payment queries, clarify invoices, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain systematic records in a remote setting.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within a creative, media, or services-based company, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently with integrity, maintain confidentiality of financial data, and collaborate effectively with remote teams is required.
