Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to manage end-to-end insurance claims, primarily involving Jewellery, Fire, Property insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end claims from claim intimation to final settlement.
- Manage Jewellery, Fire, Property and Allied Perils claims.
- Review policy wordings, coverage, exclusions, deductibles and applicable conditions.
- Examine claim documents and assess the validity of claims.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, surveyors, loss assessors and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Review survey reports,
loss assessments and settlement offers.
- Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best possible settlement for clients.
- Handle disputed, complex and high-value claims.
- Assist clients with claim documentation and the overall claim process.
- Identify discrepancies, potential fraud and claim-related risks.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular claim status updates.
- Prepare qualified claim-related letters, emails and reports.
- Guide junior team members and support the overall claims department.
