We are seeking a structured and analytical Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-end bookkeeping, corporate cash flows, and financial reporting cycles for our trading operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity, with a heavy operational focus on handling accounting structures for international import and export transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Trading & Commercial Accounting: Manage comprehensive financial accounting specifically tailored for trading lines, including handling commercial invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipment cost tracking.
- Import & Export Financial Processing: Process and monitor foreign trade financial cycles, oversee letters of credit (LCs), track bank guarantees, and reconcile multi-currency supplier accounts.
- Core Bookkeeping & Reconciliations: Perform daily ledger entries, handle bank reconciliations, execute accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) balancing, and manage corporate cash flow logs.
- Taxation & Compliance Support: Assist in finalizing statutory balance sheets,



tracking structural profit and loss (P&L;) data, and ensuring general compliance with regional trading tax requirements (GST and Customs tracking).

Required Profile & Technical Competencies
- Core Skills: General Ledger Maintenance, Multi-Currency Reconciliations, Financial Documentation, Forex/Trade
- Prior experience in an accounting role within a Trading Company with hands-on exposure to Import and Export procedures.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (data validation, lookups, pivot tables) and standard corporate accounting ERP platforms.

Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a highly relevant financial qualification from an accredited institution.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
