Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Ricans Solar Energy Limited located in sector 48, Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, tracking expenses, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also collaborate with other teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.




- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial stability.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
- Have hands on Tally for day-to-day accounting operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in financial management and accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Qualified certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
