Accounting & Tally Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally . Post purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries. Maintain cash and bank books and perform regular bank reconciliation.
Maintain party ledgers and vendor/customer accounts. Verify bills, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents before posting. Follow up for pending bills, payments and required documentation. Prepare basic accounting statements and reports as required by management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements, as applicable. Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants for required information and records.
Microsoft
Office & Computer Skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook/email . Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, statements and data records. Handle data entry accurately and efficiently. Maintain digital and physical office records. Scan,
print, upload and organize documents. Handle routine office computer-related work independently.
Office Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers and internal staff regarding accounts-related matters. Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information. Support management with accounting data and MIS reports whenever required. Perform other reasonable accounts and office-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently handle day-to-day Tally entries and basic accounts work, is comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office, has valuable computer knowledge, and can also manage routine office documentation and coordination without requiring constant supervision.
