Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our CA Firm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, accounting entries, GST/TDS-related work, reconciliations, and assisting in various accounting and compliance assignments for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts for clients using Tally Prime
- Pass sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries
- Prepare and maintain ledgers and trial balances
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Handle GST-related accounting and data preparation
- Assist in GST return preparation and filing
- Assist with TDS calculation, reconciliation, and return preparation
- Prepare invoices and accounting statements
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit-related documentation
- Handle client accounting data and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with clients for required financial documents and information
- Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel
- Support the CA/Senior Accountant in tax, audit, and compliance assignments

Required Skills




- Robust working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of GST and TDS
- Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience working in a CA Firm will be an added advantage

Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, accounting knowledge, Tally/Excel skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple client accounts and should have practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Pay: ₹15,593.90 - ₹25,749.75 per month
