Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Accountant to independently manage the day-to-day accounting, compliance, and MIS for three to four group entities — Princy Polyplast, Princy Polymer, and Princy Foods. This role suits someone with solid, real-world experience across manufacturing and trading accounts who is comfortable owning multiple books simultaneously and working directly with management, not just executing under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle end-to-end accounting for 3–4 group firms, keeping each entity's books separate and audit-ready.

- Manage GST (including multiple GSTINs), TDS, and other statutory return filings and compliance deadlines across all entities.

- Handle bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and day-to-day cash/fund flow tracking for each firm.

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, and balance sheets for management review across the group.

- Coordinate with external CAs/auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and annual finalization of accounts.

- Support inventory and production-linked costing for the manufacturing entities (Polyplast/Polymer).





- Manage vendor and buyer ledgers, payment schedules, and outstanding reconciliations.

- Flag discrepancies, compliance risks, or process gaps proactively to management, rather than waiting to be asked.

Requirements

- CA Intermediate (both groups) cleared, with articleship completed — CA Final not required.

- Hands-on accounting experience, preferably across manufacturing and/or multiple group entities.

- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance for partnership firms.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel; comfortable maintaining multiple companies' books in parallel.

- Experience coordinating directly with statutory auditors and finalizing accounts independently.

- High ownership and reliability — this role carries real responsibility across three to four live businesses.

- Willingness to be based in Dhama, Sambalpur, Odisha or travel daily to factory office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
