A premium residential apartment community in Kakkanad, Kochi is looking for an experienced Accountant to professionally manage the day-to-day financial operations of the property. The Accountant will be responsible for overall financial administration, maintenance charge collection, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, expense auditing, vendor payment processing, and transparent financial reporting to the Management Committee.

Eligibility:

- Preferring relevant experience in accounts management, property accounting, or corporate financial administration. Freshers will be considered too.

- B.Com or M.Com degree from a recognized institution.

- Knowledge of the ADDA system will be preferred.

- Technical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting software (like Tally), and financial reporting will be an added advantage.

- Attractive salary based on experience and suitability.

- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Having one's own transport facility is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
