Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant with expertise in both US and Indian accounting standards. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support financial planning and reporting for both entities.

Key Responsibilities:India Accounting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Tally, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits, income tax filings, and ROC filings.
- Maintain and organize financial records to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle payroll processing, PF, ESI,



and other employee-related statutory deductions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Indian entity.
- Stay updated with changes in Indian financial and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Indian and US tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
