Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, taxation support, payroll, vendor payments, budgeting, and financial reporting. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and should be capable of independently managing routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.

Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation.

Prepare and process vendor payments and payment schedules.

Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

Support monthly GST and TDS workings and reconciliations.

Assist in payroll processing, including salary deductions, advances, and employee reimbursements.

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, cash flow/payment projections, and outstanding reports.

Assist with month-end closing activities.

Coordinate with banks, vendors, consultants,



and internal departments as required.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting records.

Prepare and monitor monthly budgets.

Prepare project-wise budgets and track actual expenses against budgets.

Assist in variance analysis and highlight major deviations from budgets.

Required Skills

Good practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and ledger management. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI. Valuable reconciliation and analytical skills. Basic understanding of budgeting, MIS, and financial reporting. Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate or equivalent qualification in Accounts & Finance

Pay: ₹8,593.90 - ₹30,000.00 per month
