Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage purchase, sales, expense and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and payment records.
- Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Support the management with financial data and accounting reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field .
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience .
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel .
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing or D2C businesses will be an advantage.
- Experience handling marketplace transactions and reconciliations is a plus.
