Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare invoices and reports, and ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle purchase, sales, cash, bank, journal, and ledger entries.

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance.

Verify GST invoices, input tax credit, and related documentation.

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports.

Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for payments.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.

Assist in TDS calculation, deduction,



and reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in accounting; experience can be adjusted according to the candidate.

Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income-tax compliance.

Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Skills

Experience in construction/infrastructure/project accounting will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel

Experience handling vendor bills, purchase orders, payment processing, and reconciliations.

Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
