Work mode: Hybrid, Noida Shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST, required to coordinate with the US office

Role Summary The Accountant will support FranConnect’s global order-to-cash operations, including customer onboarding, sales order creation, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to resolve billing-related queries and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities





- Review contracts and create accurate sales orders in NetSuite.
- Generate subscription and professional services invoices.
- Verify usage fees, rates, discounts, and contract terms.
- Process renewals, price increases, and overdue-payment notifications.
- Address invoicing queries from customers and internal teams.
- Reconcile sales tax liabilities between NetSuite and Avalara.
- Support month-end closing, bank and general ledger reconciliations, and annual audits.
- Provide invoice copies, usage reports, and related analysis to the Sales team.
- Follow information security policies and handle other assigned duties.

Requirements

- Degree in Commerce/Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting or finance internship/professional experience.
- Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable solving problems independently.
- Strong Excel skills preferred.
- NetSuite or Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools to improve processes and productivity is preferred.
