Position: Accountant

We are looking for a motivated accounting professional with strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and independently handling core accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, payments, and compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in Tally ERP
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Conduct month-end closing and ensure timely completion of accounting entries and adjustments
- Assist in finalisation of books of accounts, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account
- Verify invoices, expenses, and financial transactions for accuracy




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and statutory regulations

Skills Required

✔ Strong knowledge of GST & TDS

✔ Advanced Excel proficiency

✔ Hands-on experience with Tally ERP

✔ Strong understanding of General Accounting & Financial Reporting

✔ Experience in Reconciliation & Ledger Management

✔ Knowledge of month-end closing and financial statement finalisation

✔ Attention to detail and analytical mindset

✔ Good communication and organisational skills

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Professional accounting/taxation certifications are an added advantage

Compensation

Salary: Based on last drawn salary and relevant experience
