We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the Finance & Accounts team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.

- Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records.

- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Follow up on outstanding customer and vendor payments.

- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory compliance activities.

- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.





- Verify expenses and ensure transactions are recorded under the correct accounting heads.

- Maintain branch-wise accounting records and assist in inter-branch reconciliations.

- Monitor dealership-related transactions such as vehicle sales, accessories, service, insurance, and other operational expenses.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required by management.

- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
