Job Responsibilities: Handle sales invoices and purchase entries Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation Process online payments and maintain payment records Prepare and share account statements and ledgers Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls and emails Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS and other compliance-related work Maintain expense records and accounting documents Coordinate with the sales team for order-related entries and updates Maintain pending order and dispatch tracking in Excel Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding dispatch and inventory status Maintain stock records and MIS reports in Excel Support routine office and accounting activities ✅ Required SkillsMinimum 1 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience Positive knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping Knowledge of Tally Prime preferred Good knowledge of MS Excel Basic email communication skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ?
