Codevidhya is looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Trainer to manage school accounts and deliver engaging training sessions on emerging technologies like AI, ML, and Robotics. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our curriculum offerings and school partners, ensuring smooth implementation and solid long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture assigned school accounts
- Build strong relationships with school administrators and teachers
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on AI, ML, Robotics, and related technologies
- Support schools with curriculum implementation and resolve queries
- Gather feedback and track curriculum progress across accounts
- Maintain daily task sheets, call records, and reports
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Education or Diploma in Computer Science
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Education/Tech sector
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in EdTech and teaching
