Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting: Manage complete accounts up to Balance Sheet Finalization
Project Accounting: Track project-wise costs, budgets, and financial allocation.
Banking & Trade Finance: Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Forex transactions.
Audit & Scrutiny: Perform periodic ledger scrutiny and oversee audit processes.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team and daily departmental workflow.
Requirements & Technical Skills
Industry: 0–15 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
Software: Expertise in Tally and Excel.
Domain Expertise: Finalization of accounts, banking operations, Forex, BG/LC, team management.
