About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer/Builder industry. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Farvision ERP and a strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Manage Farvision ERP operations, accounting entries, reports, and related processes.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledgers.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project-wise accounting and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Project, CRM, Purchase, Commercial, and Management teams for smooth financial operations.
- Review invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support audits and provide required financial data and documentation.




- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare MIS and management reports as required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts.
- Real Estate Developer/Builder company experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from reputed real estate organizations such as M3M, Bhutani, Sikka, Aditya, etc. will be preferred.
- Farvision ERP expertise is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate ProfileIndustry Background: Real Estate Developer / Builder / Construction

Preferred Companies:

M3M, Bhutani, Sikka, Aditya and other reputed Real Estate Developer firms.
