Role Description:

Radiowalla is looking for a energetic and client-focused Account Manager with good communication skills to manage end-to-end client servicing for our in-store radio solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, coordinating internally to deliver tailored audio content, and ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction. A strong background in radio operations, content, or client servicing within the media/audio domain is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client management and relationship building.

- Project management skills,



including the ability to coordinate internal teams and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of audio content creation, customization, and digital media services is an advantage.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client needs promptly.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in client interactions and service delivery.

- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
