We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer collections, and vendor payments.
- Monitor bank reconciliation, cash flow, working capital, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost Audits.
- Support product costing, cost control, inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, PPC, Sales, and HR for finance-related activities.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inventory and financial transactions.




- Handle SAP/ERP accounting activities and maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

- 712 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, especially Automotive, Engineering, Gearbox, Transmission, or Industrial Products.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting, MIS, Audit, Costing, AP/AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
- Solid analytical, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
