OWLED is looking for an Account Manager to join our Films & Video division and take ownership of client relationships and project execution across branded films, founder films, product videos, campaign films, and other video-led projects.

About OWLEDOWLED is a creative agency working across film and video production, digital content, social media, influencer marketing, AR, design, and owned media.We work with brands across categories and have built our own distribution ecosystem, generating 500M+ views every month. Our work spans high-volume content production, large-scale brand campaigns, social retainers, influencer-led campaigns, and owned IPs.

About the role

- This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, creative execution, production, timelines, and commercials.
- You will work across multiple films and video projects, helping take each one from brief to final delivery.
- We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience who understands that a great film is not just about a strong idea, but about keeping every moving part aligned.

What you’ll do
- Own client communication and day-to-day relationships across multiple film and video projects.
- Understand briefs, objectives, budgets, and timelines, and translate them into clear internal requirements.
- Work closely with Creative, Production, Post-Production, and Leadership teams to move projects from brief → concept → script → pre-production → shoot → post-production → final delivery.
- Drive timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate feedback between clients and internal teams and ensure it is transparent, consolidated, and actionable.
- Prepare and share project updates, meeting notes, timelines, commercials,



and other client-facing communication.
- Manage scope changes and evolving client expectations while keeping budgets and timelines in check.
- Coordinate shoot-related requirements including talent, locations, props, crew, travel, and other production dependencies in collaboration with the production team.
- Spot bottlenecks early and proactively solve for them.
- Ensure projects are formally locked before execution, including commercials, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Build strong long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business or additional projects.

What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, production, creative agencies, advertising, branded content, or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of film and video production workflows.
- Comfort working with creative teams and discussing concepts, scripts, treatments, production plans, and edits.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Excellent project management, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Commercial awareness and comfort discussing budgets, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
