Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager - Apparel Industry

Location- Patparganj, Delhi

We are looking for an experienced AR & AP Manager to manage receivables, payables, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and the accounts team in an apparel/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable operations.
- Monitor customer outstanding, collections, credit limits and ageing.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, advances and reconciliations.
- Handle deductions, returns, discounts, debit/credit notes and payment disputes.
- Prepare AR/AP ageing, cash-flow forecasts, payment plans and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Merchandising, Stores, Production and Logistics teams.
- Lead the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely accounting.




- Ensure proper ledger reconciliation and financial accuracy.
- Coordinate year-end closing, statutory audit and finalisation of annual financial statements/annual report.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in the Apparel/Garment/Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliation, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
- Min 3 Years of SAP (Hana) Experience is mandatory
- Experience in audit coordination and year-end finalisation.
- Valuable leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
