WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Location: Tollygunge / Kudghat, Kolkata

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Requirement

Candidates must have an existing client pipeline / active client connections.

The candidate should have robust knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from: Client Sourcing → Client Requirement → Candidate Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Offer → Joining → Client Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

Generate new recruitment/staffing business through B2B sales

Identify and acquire new corporate clients

Manage and develop existing client relationships

Work actively on existing client pipeline

Understand client hiring requirements and generate recruitment mandates

Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, references & networking

Negotiate commercials and close recruitment business





Coordinate with the recruitment team for requirement fulfillment

Source, screen and coordinate candidates when required

Manage interviews, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups

Ensure successful closures and client satisfaction

Handle client escalations and maintain long-term relationships

Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets

Maintain regular sales, client and recruitment reports

Ideal Candidate

3–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Business Development / Account Management

Existing client pipeline or strong corporate client network

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment consultancy/staffing business

Proven ability to generate and close new business

Target-oriented and proactive approach
