Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive (SAP) role based in Dodda Ballapur.

The Account

Executive will focus on core accounting activities, including posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and ledger accounts within the SAP environment. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Executive will assist in generating financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls,



and coordinating with internal teams and auditors on finance-related queries. The position requires close collaboration with the finance team to support smooth day-to-day accounting operations and reliable financial data for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Robust foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and familiarity with standard accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP accounting modules, with the ability to post transactions, run reports, and maintain accurate financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transaction environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with finance colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent) are an asset.
- Previous accounting experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or engineering industries is preferred but not mandatory.
