We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory documentation, reconciliations, and financial records for our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable and regularly follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain purchase registers, sales registers, expense records, and petty-cash accounts.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and coordinate corrections with vendors.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and coordinate with factory and warehouse teams.
- Verify purchase bills, expense claims, transport invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist with payroll calculations, employee advances, reimbursements, and salary records.
- Support import-export accounting and documentation, wherever applicable.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, outstanding statements, expense summaries, and other reports required by management.
- Coordinate with chartered accountants, auditors, banks,



vendors, customers, and government consultants.
- Assist in monthly and annual account closing, audits, and finalisation of accounts.
- Ensure that all accounting documents are properly filed and financial information remains confidential.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Practical understanding of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and basic statutory compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, export, or trading company will be preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory, purchase, sales, debtor, and creditor accounting.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹8,593.90 - ₹35,000.00 per month
