We are looking for a creative and user-focused Accessibility Testing Specialist with 8+ years of testing experience and strong expertise in accessibility testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing new features of online banking applications and driving accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accessibility testing for online banking applications across current features and enhancements.
Act as an Accessibility Champion, providing guidance to design and product teams.
Ensure accessibility best practices are incorporated throughout the Agile product lifecycle and design system.
Test applications using assistive technologies such as JAWS, Dragon, ZoomText, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
Validate applications against WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Perform testing across desktop and mobile devices, operating systems, and browsers.
Collaborate with Agile teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues.
Create and maintain accessibility documentation and guidelines for teams and stakeholders.
Advocate for users with impairments and disabilities and promote inclusive digital experiences.
