Job Summary:

To manage the overall accessories business of the dealership by driving sales, maintaining optimum inventory, ensuring proper fitment and installation, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve accessories sales targets.
- Drive accessories sales and revenue.
- Manage accessories stock and inventory.
- Ensure proper fitment and installation.
- Handle customer requirements and complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales & Service teams.
- Manage vendors and procurement.
- Monitor billing, margins, and stock movement.
- Lead and supervise the accessories team.




- Prepare sales and inventory reports.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.

Skills Required:

- Sales & negotiation
- Customer handling,
- Inventory management,
- Team leadership
- Product knowledge

Preferred Candidate:

- Positive attitude with robust interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented.
- Passionate about learning and employee development.
- Must have a valid Driving License
