About the RoleManavtaClass is looking for creative, confident, and passionate teachers who can conduct engaging live classes while contributing to student engagement and admissions growth.

The role combines academic delivery with growth responsibilities. You will work as an Individual Contributor (IC) within the team and report to the Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive live classes for Classes 6th–12th (CBSE & ICSE).
- Explain concepts clearly using strong English communication skills.
- Create engaging PPTs, presentations, and learning content.
- Use OBS Studio and other digital tools for professional live-class delivery.
- Interact with students and maintain robust student engagement.
- Pitch courses and communicate their value effectively to students and parents.
- Support admission counselling and student conversions.




- Contribute creative ideas to improve teaching methods and student experience.
- Work closely with the Growth Manager and team to achieve academic and growth objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching, EdTech, counselling, or growth experience.
- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with live online teaching, PPTs, OBS Studio, and digital tools.
- Ability to engage students and communicate effectively with parents.
- Own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

Revenue-Sharing Terms

- No fixed salary.
- Starting Revenue Share: 3% on eligible revenue generated through assigned responsibilities.
- Revenue share is applicable on successfully received and verified payments.
- Payout will be made as per the company's applicable revenue-sharing cycle.
- Revenue share may be revised based on performance and responsibilities.
