We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our inside sales team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a critical role in guiding students through their upskilling journey—matching them with the right courses and helping them understand the value of career-focused learning.
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into course enrolments through consultative counselling.
Conduct outbound calls to generate and nurture new leads.
Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
Communicate the value proposition of Fingertips' offerings via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate student data and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Ensure a smooth and professional student onboarding experience.

Compensation
Upto 45K depends on experience and interview.
We are looking for candidates who have a vision and a business mindset. This is a long-term opportunity, with the potential to become a Team Lead within 2 years based on performance. A 1.5-year agreement will be required.
