Job Title: Learning Experience/Academic Designer (LXD) – STEM

About the Role The Learning Experience/Academic Designer (LXD) will play a vital role in the Academic Product Team at ConveGenius.AI, working closely with the Senior LXD to develop and refine engaging, adaptive learning content. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys simplifying technical concepts, has a strong foundation in coding and STEM education, and is excited about making learning interactive and accessible for students across India.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Refinement

- Develop and refine micro-lessons, hands-on activities, and assessments across Computational Thinking, Block Programming (Scratch), and Python.
- Create step-by-step instructions and visual aids for basic Robotics and Electronics projects, focusing on safety and conceptual clarity.
- Ensure all content meets simplicity and inclusivity standards, keeping learners from diverse contexts in mind.

1. Adaptive Pathway Support

- Support the design and implementation of adaptive flow logic for specific modules within the PAL (Personalized Adaptive Learning) framework.
- Validate Mastery Criteria and branching logic (remediation and acceleration) for topics such as Events, Loops, and Variables.
- Collaborate with the Senior LXD to align new projects with existing content modules for a coherent learning progression.

1. Quality Assurance & Technical Vetting

- Test all Block Programming and Robotics-based content for accuracy, clarity, and functionality.




- Conduct debugging and content validation sessions to ensure that learning materials are error-free and easy to follow.
- Maintain an organized content library (sprites, media, code templates) for efficient content management.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience (Mandatory)

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Content Development, STEM/Coding/Robotics Instruction, and/or Curriculum Design.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience/Electronics Engineering, Education, or related fields.

Technical Proficiency (Required)

- Command of Block Programming (Scratch or Blockly).
- Working knowledge of Python fundamentals and basic Web Development (HTML/CSS).
- Experience with educational microcontrollers (Arduino, micro:bit) and simple robotics systems.

Pedagogical & Creative Skills
- Ability to write transparent, engaging, and age-appropriate learning materials for students aged 8–14.
- Keen attention to detail and solid focus on learner experience.
- Creativity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
