Key Responsibilities

- Advise students on course selection, academic requirements, and career planning.

- Monitor student performance and provide timely interventions.

- Conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and career readiness.

- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

- Connect students with additional support services when needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and student development theories.
