Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role involves overseeing academic operations, including scheduling classes, coordinating with tutors, and monitoring student progress across various curricula.

The Academic

Coordinator will support curriculum implementation, ensure teaching standards are met, and respond to academic queries from students, families, and tutors. Daily responsibilities include maintaining academic records, organizing assessments,



sharing feedback with stakeholders, and collaborating with the leadership team to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Education and familiarity with ICSE, CBSE, and ISC curricula.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and academic program planning.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, families, and tutors.
- Knowledge of Academic Advising practices and student support strategies.
- Ability to conduct and apply Research to enhance teaching methodologies and academic processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms used in online tutoring environments.
