- Robust experience in SAP ABAP development in HR/HCM modules (Payroll, PA, Time Management) - Design and develop HR-specific objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms (SmartForms/Adobe), and Conversions - Support SAP HCM Payroll (US/Global) with custom program development and enhancements - Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution for HR/Payroll programs - Develop and support interfaces with external systems (banks, benefits, tax systems) - Handle enhancements (User exits, BAdIs), IDocs, BAPIs, and ALV reports in HR context - Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, documentation standards, and transport management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, FI, Basis, Security) for end-to-end solution delivery
