- Quality Compliance/: Ensure that engineering drawings, work instructions, routing sheets, and SOPs are strictly followed; cooperate with Quality Assurance to quickly address rework cycles, line faults, and first/-off sample rejections.

- Continuous Improvement /(Kaizen/)/: To cut setup times, material scrap, and energy usage, promote Lean Manufacturing initiatives, apply 5S,
