Role Description

- The 3D Visualizer will work full time on-site at Akasa Coworking in Noida, India.
- Create 3D models, Rendered layouts, and realistic renders for coworking and commercial interior projects.
- Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias,



and common areas.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical 3D design concepts.
- Should have good lighting skills, material and textures detailing.
- Coordinate with the designer manager on 3D concepts.
- Make design modifications based on client and management feedback.
- Maintain 3D design standards.

Required Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona
- Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render will be an advantage
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office interiors, coworking spaces, or workspace design.
- Strong understanding of interior materials.
- Good knowledge of Modelling of furniture, lighting, finishes.
- Robust visualisation and presentation skills.
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
