Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced

3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in

POSM (Point of Sale Materials)

, retail branding, and product visualization. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative 3D concepts and converting brand requirements into impactful retail displays and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create

3D designs, renders, and visualisations for POSM and retail displays.

- Design standees, kiosks, display units, shelves, counter displays, danglers, wobblers, gondolas, and other promotional materials

.

- Develop concepts based on brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and product requirements.

- Create realistic 3D mock-ups and presentations for client/internal approvals.

- Work closely with

Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams

.





- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for execution.

- Modify designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure designs are practical from a manufacturing, material, size, and cost perspective.

- Maintain consistency with brand identity across all POSM designs.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of

3D design and graphic design

.

- Proficiency in

3D Max / Blender / SketchUp / KeyShot / V-Ray or similar tools.

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- Positive understanding of

POSM, retail displays, branding, and print production

.

- Strong visualisation, creativity, and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
