As a 2D Motion Designer at Dozti, you will be responsible for creating polished 2D animations and motion graphics for corporate videos, educational content, presentations, explainers, podcasts, brand communications, and other digital media.

You will work closely with multimedia editors, brand designers, copy strategists, and leadership to transform scripts, concepts, illustrations, graphics, and static visual assets into clear and engaging animated content.

This is a hands-on animation role with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects. You will be expected to independently create motion graphics, animated typography, diagrams, transitions, infographics, interface animations, and other visual sequences that help communicate ideas clearly.

The role requires more than applying effects to existing assets. You must understand visual storytelling, timing, composition, hierarchy, and how motion can be used to explain concepts and maintain viewer attention.

This is not primarily a video editing role or a 3D animation role. It is a specialized 2D motion design position focused on animation, visual communication, and professional motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

- Create professional 2D motion graphics and animations for corporate, educational,



and branded content.
- Animate typography, illustrations, icons, diagrams, charts, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Create animated explainer sequences that simplify complex concepts and information.
- Transform scripts, storyboards, presentations, and creative direction into finished motion graphics.
- Develop visual sequences to accompany podcasts, voiceovers, presentations, and long-form video content.
- Create transitions, lower thirds, title sequences, callouts, and other motion graphic elements.
- Synchronize animation and visual movement with dialogue, voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Work closely with multimedia editors to integrate animation into finished video productions.
- Collaborate with brand designers to ensure motion graphics remain consistent with established visual identities.
- Develop reusable animation templates and motion systems for recurring content.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, timing, movement, and visual hierarchy.
- Incorporate feedback and efficiently revise animations throughout the production process.
- Organize project files, assets, compositions, and source materials for efficient collaboration and future reuse.

Requirements:

- 3 or more years of professional experience in 2D motion design, motion graphics, or animation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects is required.
- Robust portfolio or motion reel demonstrating professional 2D animation and motion graphics work.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to animate typography, illustrations, graphics, diagrams, and informational content.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the relationship between motion and communication.




- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop assets within motion workflows.
- Ability to translate scripts and abstract concepts into clear visual sequences.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with designers, editors, and creative teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience creating corporate or professional explainer videos.
- Experience with character animation and rigging.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and advanced vector illustration workflows.
- Experience creating animated diagrams, data visualizations, and infographics.
- Familiarity with expressions and automation within Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with plugins and tools commonly used in professional After Effects workflows.
- Understanding of storyboarding and visual development.
- Basic video editing and audio synchronization skills.
- Familiarity with Lottie or web-based animation workflows.
