We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible Shadow Teacher / 1:1 Special Educator to provide dedicated support to a student at The Shri Ram Academy, Gachibowli. The role involves supporting the child’s academic learning, classroom participation, daily routines, and overall well-being while coordinating with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one support throughout the school day.

- Support the child’s academic learning, classroom participation, and progress.

- Assist with classroom activities, assignments, routines, and transitions.

- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and social interaction.

- Observe and communicate the child’s progress and areas requiring attention.

- Coordinate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support.

- Maintain appropriate records and strict confidentiality.





- Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and positive engagement at school.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education or a related field preferred.

- Prior experience in special education is required.

- Experience as a Shadow Teacher / Special Educator / 1:1 Educator preferred.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patient, empathetic, attentive, and responsible.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.

- Professional approach with a strong commitment to the child’s well-being.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
