We are looking for a Banca Officer to drive insurance sales through bank branches and build solid relationships with bank partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of BFSI/Insurance Sales experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with banca or life insurance experience will be preferred.
