Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity faults.
- Customer Communication: Assist clients via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop tools.
- Issue Escalation: Forward unresolved or advanced bugs to senior specialized tier teams.
- System Maintenance: Install applications, configure operating systems, and perform routine updates.
- Documentation: Record troubleshooting steps, maintain support tickets,
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, IT Hardware
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux/macOS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and remote desktop software.
- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, patience, and clear verbal and written communication.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
